_{Wow, this is stunning! The first thing that really catches my eye is the amazing work you did detailing the face of the horse, and that beautiful eye! The colors work very well and you blended it very nicely. I find the wings are a little too orange for the horse, so I think that you could tone that down a bit. The only other noticeable thing is where the hooves meet the ground.. I find the snow a little too white and it kind of makes it look less natural. I also think the forelock could use a little more shape rather than having it all the same length, but that's just personal opinion maybe.

Other than that the only think I could say is that I think you should add some details like you have in the face to the rest of the horse - the legs, chest, etc. Definitely not necessary but I'm sure it would be worth the time!}
